Shipping policy

Orders are usually made and sent within 3 business days from our studio in Melbourne. The production time can be longer at peak times of the year, eg Mother's Day, Christmas etc. This does not include the postage time to your location. The postage time varies depending on your location. Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane *should* be approx 2-5 business days. WA, NT and North Qld always take a bit longer. Tasmania is usually within a week. Please note, public holidays vary between states and can make postage times a bit longer too.
